And if you are still on the fence, buy hades and refund it before the 2 hour if you didn't like it. You can watch some reviews, gameplays, see if you like it or not. I think most of them are not necessary to do, but the experience would be far inferior if you don't engage with the story. The story is front and center here, you are constantly engaging with it and there are a lot of talking. I personally don't like roguelikes that much, but I think there are better roguelikes out there in terms of gameplay, if you haven't played them. Don't get me wrong it's really great, but I finished the game because of the story and never touched it again. In that case, if you want a polished 1.0 version with full content, then probably it's better to buy hades and wait for the 1.0 of hades 2, because like others said, it's possible that the early access period be at least a year or two.īut honestly, I think the gameplay is not THAT special.
